    • Bio: Daily freeman Journal Fri. 29 Mar 2002GLADYS M. LACY, 93, Lexington, Mich., Formerly of Webster City, died Monday, March 25, 2002 at Evangelical Home in Fort Gratiot, Mich. Funeral services will be held at the Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Kem to officiate. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetey. Memorials may be made to the Living Word Missionary Church in Lexington, Mich.She was born Sept. 29, 1908 in Webster County, the daughter of Frank and Florence Pigman Lemon. She married Otis Lacy on July 15, 1934 in Webster City. He died Nov. 30, 1980. Mrs. Lacy was a salesperson for Avon Products for 30 years and a member of it's President Club. She was a graduate of Webster City High School and Fort Dodge Business School. She was a telephone opertator in Webster City many years ago. Her hobbies included bird watching, the Garden Club and china painting. She was a member of the First Baptist Churches in Marshalltown and Webster City.She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry & Janice Lacy of Croxwell, Mich. and Richard & Penny Lacy of Fresno, Calif.; six grandchildren and their spouses, Penny & Gary Schwarzentraub of Croxwell, David & Kathy Lacy, Lexington, Mich, Andrew Lacy of Croxwell, Lloyd Lacy of Appleton, Wisc., Robert Lacy and Laura Lacy, both of Reedy, Calif.; six great-grandchildren; She was preeded in death by her parents, a brother, Kenneth Lemon, and a sister, Nora Dally.
