  Bio: Blanche Jacobson Obituary DeKalb Daily Chronicle 2 Sep 1988 p 5 Blanche O. Jacobson, 90, of. the Shabbona Health Care Center, formerly of Lee, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 1988 at the center. She was born Nov. 3, 1897 in Lee County, the daughter of John and Betty (Solomonson) Johnson. She married George Jacobson. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Lee, and the Leah Circle and ELCA of the church. She is survived by a sister, Alvina Sanderson, of DeKalb, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Willard, two brothers and three sisters. The funeral will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church of Lee with the Rev. Paul Lechner officiating. Burial will be in First Lutheran Cemetery of rural Lee. Visitation will be from noon until the time of the funeral service Saturday. Arrangements were completed by the Jacobson Funeral Home of Shabbona.
