  Bio: Wilma (Willie) Donna Rowland, 81, died Tuesday February 4th, 2014 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Visitation will be held Thursday February 6th from 7pm-9pm with family present at Anderson Funeral Home in Canton. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday February 7th, at Canton Lutheran Church. Wilma was born on February 14th, 1932 in Sioux Falls, SD to Marinus and Margraet Van Laar. She married Don Rowland on November 11th, 1950. They divorced in 1978. She lived with Gary Robbins for 15 years. She worked at Sam's Club and retired in 2000 due to health reasons. She loved playing Bingo and watching the Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She loved spending time with family and friends. She is survived by one son, Ron Rowland of Sioux Falls, SD; two daughters Shari Rowland of Minneapolis, MN and Wendy Rowland of Canton, SD; seven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; brothers, Garrett (Lori) Van Laar and Marvin (Barb) Van Laar; sisters, Betty (Curt) Vander Zee, Mary Hougland, Darlene (Gerb) Vant Hul and Arlene Brasel; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Harriett. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Dean Van Laar; Don Rowland and Garry Robbins.
