  Bio: Mar. 23, 1920 — Feb. 22, 2010 Jean Lucille Easley-Overholt, 89, of Bedford, died at 4:15 a.m. today at Garden Villa in Bedford. Born March 23, 1920, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Grover C. and Mary A. (Deckard) Eads. She married Larry Overholt on Nov. 5, 1986, and he died June 3, 1994. She retired in 1985 as an inspector for the Anderson Co. in Gary, and was a member of their company golfing and bowling leagues. She was a member of the Old Union Christian Church, AARP and the White River Humane Society. Survivors include several nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law; and caregivers, Larry R. and Shirley Tirey. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Sylvia Padget and Mildred M. Kern; and one brother, Glovie Eads. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with the Rev. Josh Brumfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery.
