  Bio: Constance "Connie" Janet Spriggle (nee Nelson), age 66, of Ellsworth, died Sunday, June 6, 2010, following her battle with cancer.Connie was born on Sept. 14, 1943, in St. Paul, Minn., to Willard and Helen (Peterson) Nelson.She married Eugene Spriggle on April 24, 1965. She owned and operated "Connie's Beauty" for 45 years. Her work was her passion. Connie was blessed with many wonderful friends. She was an active member of English Lutheran Church.Connie is survived by two sons, Brent (Mary), Ellsworth, and Jake (Christina), Woodbury, Minn.; four grandchildren, Chloe, Reegan, Damon, and Camryn Spriggle.Connie's husband, Gene preceded her in death in 1981.Funeral services for Connie will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 10, at English Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
