- Bio: Gary Lee Hagge, 63, of Mankato, died Sunday, April 3, 2011, at his home.
- Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2011, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, Mankato with Rev. John Petersen, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before service at church on Friday. Burial will be in Minneopa Cemetery, rural Mankato. Mankato Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be given to Lifeworks in Mankato, VINE, or Christ the King Lutheran Church.
- Gary was born November 25, 1947, to Clement and Ruth (Severson) Hagge in Blue Earth, Minnesota. He graduated from Lake Crystal High School. Gary had been employed by the YMCA, Brown Printing in Waseca, Pet Expo, and as a crossing guard for the Mankato School District. He was united in marriage to Marilyn J. Jorgenson on August 8, 1987, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, Mankato. Gary was a member of Christ the King and enjoyed fishing and golfing.
- Gary is survived by his wife, Marilyn of Mankato; mother, Ruth Hagge of Mankato; brother, Curtis (Carmen) Hagge of Loveland CO; niece, Ellie (Mike) Hagge Siefelman; nephew, Lane Hagge; father and mother-in-law, Lyle and Marlys Jorgenson of Mankato; brother-in-law, Larry Jorgenson; and sister-in-law, Nancy (Steve) Clark.
- Gary was preceded in death by his father, Clem and his grandparents.
