- Bio: --Third child of Joel Donald Couch and wife Dorothy Brown. The family lived in Dryden, NY in 1930 and 1940.
--World War II Veteran; U.S. Army. He was drafted in March 1943 and stationed at Camp Gordon, GA Headquarters as a clerk and Chaplain's Assistant. In early 1944, Milton boarded the RMS Aquatania for Scotland from New York, NY and was assigned to General George S. Patton's 3rd Calvary Reconnaisance Troop, Mechanized as a troop clerk. While in Europe, Milton served in England, France, Germany and Austria.
--He married Clarice M. Mespell in Dryden, NY on June 14, 1946. They lived in Endwell, NY for 37 years and raised their 4 children there. Their children: Pamela, Thomas, Cathy, and Jonathan. He had 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
--Occupation: He had a career with IBM. He was transferred to Charlotte in 1979. He retired from IBM in 1987.
--He loved music and was an accomplished pianist.
