  Bio: Andrew B Buland, 28, of Sunnyvale,Calif., whose parents were formerly of Pontiac, died thursday Jan 5,1995 at his residence. Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be held at 3pm Sunday at Christ the King Lutheran church, Fremont,Calif. Mr Buland was born July 26,1966 at Rockford,Ill, a son of David T and Ruth (Wilson) Buland, Surviving are his mother of Fremont,Calif; 2 brothers, Mark of Parker,Colo; and Tim of Sunnyvale; and an uncle Lyle Wilson of Pontiac. His father preceded him in death. Mr Buland was a 1984 graduate of Vista California H.S. and 1988 graduate of Univ of Calif at Berkley. He was employed as an advisor for Legal Economic Evaluations Inc in Palo Alto;Calif. He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Fremont. He also was a member of the Log Cabin Republican Club of Santa Clara County,Calif.
