    • io: Keith Alan Spooner was born in Noonan, ND on September 24, 1947 to Alan and Ethel Spooner. He attended business school and North Dakota Satate University, graduating with a degree in accounting. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Naval Reserve for many years.
    • He worked for IBM in Minneapolis, Denver and Cheyenne. He then retired from IBM. Keith then worked for SafeCard in Cheyenne and was currently working for a construction company in Cheyenne. He was active in gun clubs in Denver and Cheyenne. He was also active in the Frontier Day Celebration in Cheyenne.
    • He is survived by his parents, Alan and Ethel Spooner, Minot; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Ken Hegle; brothers and sisters-in-law, Duane and Kristie, and Mark and Lori; brothers, Albert and Todd; and numerous aunts, uncles, neices and nephews.
    • His memorial service was held at Zion Lutheran Church on May 10, 2003 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Larry Glaeske officiating. Inurnment followed at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
